2. Digital STL Files & 3D Printing License

When you purchase or download a digital STL file (or any 3D printable format) from Rarupus Publishing Company, you are purchasing a strict, non-exclusive, personal-use license.

By downloading these files, you agree to the following restrictions:

Personal Use Only: You may print the files for your own personal tabletop gaming and display.
No Digital Distribution: You must not sell, share, distribute, rent, or transfer the digital files to any other person or platform (including public drives, peer-to-peer networks, or torrents).
No Commercial Sales of Prints: You must not sell the physical, 3D-printed models produced from these files, nor cast our models for mass production, unless you have purchased a specific, active "Merchant License" tier directly from us.
No Derivatives: You may scale or cut the files for personal printing purposes, but you must not remix, modify, or create derivative works using our files to share or sell.

3. Digital Game Rules & RPG Assets (PDFs)

Digital rulebooks, RPG assets, and print-and-play materials are provided for personal use.

You may print copies of these documents for your own personal use at your gaming table.
You must not upload our digital books, cards, or rulesets to public file-sharing sites, websites, or digital distribution platforms.
Digital files may be watermarked with your purchase details to prevent unauthorized sharing.

4. E-Commerce, Pricing, and Payments

Pricing: We reserve the right to modify the prices of our digital and physical products at any time without prior notice.
Taxes and Customs: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes incurred upon the delivery of physical goods.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Digital Goods (STLs and PDFs): Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are final. By completing your purchase and initiating the download of a digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase or request a refund (in compliance with EU/UK digital consumer rights).
Physical Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product (such as a misprinted rulebook or broken physical miniature), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Fan Content and Community Guidelines

We love when our community engages with our worlds!

You are welcome to stream your gameplay of Rarupus Publishing games on platforms like Twitch and YouTube, including monetized streams.
You may create non-commercial fan art and homebrew rules for personal use.
You must not publish, sell, or crowdfund unofficial supplements, miniatures, or content that utilizes our logos, specific rules text, or copyrighted lore without a formal licensing agreement.

7. User Accounts and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your access to previously purchased digital files without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, particularly regarding the unauthorized sharing, piracy, or commercial sale of our digital files and IP.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rarupus Publishing Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website, the failure of your 3D printing equipment, or the use of our physical and digital products.
